I’ve started to realize how much sleep affects everything else in my day. When I stay up too late or get inconsistent rest, even small tasks feel harder and my mood drops. But when I manage a proper routine, I feel more balanced and less reactive. It’s interesting how something as basic as sleep plays such a big role in resilience and mental health. The problem is, with work and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to sacrifice sleep first. I’m curious how others manage to keep it a priority.
