As technology continues evolving, more and more software developers are putting out mobile beat-making apps for on-the-go music producers. Whether you run on Android or iOs devices, you can find a high-quality music production app that works for your needs. It's easier than it's ever been to chop samples, record demos, and make drum patterns without being tied down to a desk.

Once you familiarize yourself with the music production workflow in Garageband for iOS, you can migrate your skills and knowledge to the macOS version, which provides a bit more flexibility for serious music producers.

Her short tutorials are perfect for getting a brief look at vocal production as a whole.

Warp Academy is an online resource hub for music producers everywhere. Although their main program is paid, their youtube channel has a great variety of production videos. You'll find tutorials in multiple genres of music from instructors with various backgrounds. Focusing on the in depth aspects of audio engineering, workflow, and sound design. Although the channel has a high emphasis in working with Ableton Live, you'll always find something to take away.

Komplete Start is a must download for anyone getting started with music production. Native Instruments has really done a great job in showcasing it's Komplete software by allowing you to download Komplete Start as a freemium, smaller library version. The software comes with over 2000 sounds, 16 pro-grade synths and sampled instruments, effects, loops, and more.

They also know how to make high quality, effective plugins, with great UI that I use daily in my productions. Baby Comeback is a delay/echo plugin and is a stripped down version of one of my favourites by them, Comeback Kid. Toss Baby Comeback on your high end drum bus to give an ever so subtle delay to your hats, snares, claps, and percussion to give your drums more texture and make them sound more realistic.
